MY FEE-FLEXIBLE PROMISE - Often we need support most in times of financial challenge. For this reason, I offer *Sliding Scale rates for all services. Within the given range, offer the amount that feels both safe and honorable given your budget. I trust you to determine what works best for you, no questions asked. Still a bit of a stretch? I also offer a limited number of **Pay-What-You-Can sessions each month. Inquire with me to find out if you qualify.

SCHEDULING - Your time is valuable and so is mine. While we can’t possibly foresee the unexpected, I request that all clients show up on time for sessions. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me 24 hours in advance; otherwise, payment is required. Use the “Book Now” link on my homepage to book and/or make updates with ease. Exceptions will be made in emergencies; here is my cell phone number in case of such an event: 971-409-3213

CONFIDENTIALITY - All information shared in the coach-client relationship will be kept in strict confidentiality. This includes verbal exchanges, written assignments, and follow-up notes.

HEALTH DISCLAIMER - Coaching services are not in any way meant to substitute for medical or mental health services. Clients are encouraged to seek out specialists to supplement and advise; referrals available upon request.

REFUND POLICY - All coaching purchases are completely nonrefundable and nontransferable.
Bundle packages will automatically expire 6-months from the date of purchase.
